Before you submit your request
Please gather as much of the following as you can: occasion or event date, quantity, preferred colors or theme, names or wording to personalize, inspiration images, and any important size or design details.
How custom orders work
- Send your request. Share the details of what you are envisioning.
- We review the project. Availability, materials, timing, and complexity are considered.
- You receive next steps. If the project is a fit, pricing and design details are confirmed before production begins.
- Approve your details. When a proof or design approval is required, production begins after approval.
- Your order is created. Production and shipping timing will be communicated for the specific order.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a project can be accepted. Timing and pricing vary based on design complexity, materials, quantity, and current production capacity.
