How long will my order take?

Turnaround varies by product, quantity, season, and level of customization. An estimated production timeline will be shown on the product listing when applicable or confirmed before a custom order moves into production.

When does production time begin?

For orders requiring personalization details or design approval, production time begins after all required information and approvals are received.

Will I receive a proof?

When a design proof is part of the order process, you will have an opportunity to review it before production. Please review names, dates, spelling, colors, and other requested details carefully.

Can I make changes after approving a design?

Changes may be limited once a design is approved or production begins. If you notice an issue, contact us as soon as possible.

Will colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?

Colors can vary slightly between screens, printers, materials, and lighting. We work to keep the final piece as close to the approved design as reasonably possible.

Do you offer rush orders?

If you have a firm event date or deadline, include it with your request. Rush availability is not guaranteed and depends on the item and current production schedule.
